Two thirds of all teams have Harry Kane in them. Indeed, not starring the Bayern Munich talisman when he's fit to play is almost a guarantee to lose rank.

So, instead of pointing out the well-known points machines, we're here to shine the spotlight on those hidden gems that could help you climb up the table...

Stefan Bell (Mainz) 4.39m

Only Borussia Dortmund’s Nico Schlotterback – a premium asset at 19.1m – boasts better form than Mainz stalwart Stefan Bell among Fantasy defenders, with the latter taking 258, 316 and then 409 points in his last three games. Two goals from his previous two outings might feel like statistical noise for the imposing centre-back, but he also racks up points from duels, while Saturday’s hosts RB Leipzig could be somewhat prone after their hard-fought draw with St. Pauli on Tuesday.

Eric Smith (St. Pauli), 6.92m

Eric Smith led St. Pauli to their aforementioned share of the points in Hamburg, and was singled out for his “presence” and “agility” in central midfield by head coach Alexander Blessin after the game. The big Swede is listed as a defender in Fantasy, so is enjoying multiplied points from his new position at No.6, cracking the 300-mark in two of his last three games ahead of Saturday’s trip to Augsburg.
