Everything Ndiaye has done so far in Everton career - recap on 26th b'day of Moyes' star man

Everton forward Iliman Ndiaye celebrated his 26th birthday this Friday.

The exciting part about it is that the winger is yet to reach his peak, and is always improving at Hill Dickinson Stadium.

David Moyes has expressed his love for the forward many a time, but with Ndiaye celebrating another year of his life, it brings the perfect opportunity to look back at his finest moments for the Blues.

This is what Iliman Ndiaye’s legacy at Everton already has become

When Ndiaye signed for the Toffees back in 2024, many were interested to see how the attacker could translate his skills into the Premier League.

But it’s fair to say that since Moyes’ reappointment, Ndiaye has taken his Everton legacy to the next level.

The 26-year-old has played 62 times in total for the Blues, netting 16 goals and providing three assists in all competitions.

He is Everton’s trusted penalty taker and chance creator, and possesses dribbling skills like no other player for Moyes, and can truly lead the Toffees into a new generation.

Even though he made his own personal contributions to the Blues, he took time away to go and win the African Cup of Nations alongside Idrissa Gana Gueye, and he has that winning mentality.

Ndiaye has done what many before him have failed to do, and that is put himself down in the history books. His goals at Goodison Park and Hill Dickinson are there for all to see, and his legacy will only continue to grow on Merseyside.

Why Everton should have confidence that Ndiaye will stay amid interest

Ndiaye has been subject to interest from the likes of Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool, and the Blues are clearly not in a financial situation as strong as the trio mentioned.

But what the Senegalese forward has at Everton is a home, and the Bluenose family who adore him. Ndiaye will be fully aware that he has the chance to become a Toffees legend, and it would be no surprise to see him stay in the long term.

He is contracted to the Blues until the summer of 2029, and is playing his way to a new and improved deal if he keeps his form up.

The Friedkin Group often try and complete shrewd business, and none would come better than offering Ndiaye a new contract at Everton.
