Everything we know about Naderi's contract situation as Rohl makes new Rangers admission
Ryan Naderi has endured a difficult time so far, but Rangers clearly still have faith in the forward.
The German striker signed for the Ibrox side in the winter transfer window, for a fee in the region of £4.7million.
He has two goals and two assists in eight games for the Gers, but more was expected of the 22-year-old after he joined from Hansa Rostock.
However, Danny Rohl has reaffirmed his position on the young striker, and his contract situation also suggests the Rangers saw it as a long-term investment.

The latest breaking news on signings, departures, and Danny Röhl’s primary targets.
What is Naderi’s contract situation at Rangers?
Naderi penned a long-term contract when he joined Rangers, although the exact length of the deal was not revealed.
It has been suggested that it is a four-year deal, which is set to run until 30 June 2029, but that has not been confirmed.
Hansa did not want to sell the player in the winter, with the Light Blues originally agreeing to sign him in the summer for £3m.

However, they were willing to pay nearly £2m more to bring him in earlier, and committed him to a significant contract, so clearly they rate him highly.
What has Rohl said about Naderi?
Rohl has also confirmed that he is not worried about Naderi’s lack of goals so far for the Bears, insisting that he needs more help from his teammates.
The German boss is happy with what he has seen from the young striker so far.

Speaking ahead of the clash with Aberdeen on 21 March, he said: “Ryan is a hard worker for the group. I think he creates a lot of spaces for the team-mates and this is really great.
“In all the games, he gets into good situations, with great opportunities to score.
“It’s a strength of his that he can play on the last line in the box – but also be the link player between the lines.
“This is the reason why with Ryan and Youssef (Chermiti) you can play with two centre forwards. You have two different profiles.
“One guy can stretch the field. The other guy can receive the ball between the lines. This is not the issue.
“The issue is the players around them, to help them get the next opportunities.
What does Naderi need to do next?
Naderi just needs to keep his confidence, and believe in himself, and the goals will come in Govan.
There have been encouraging signs so far in his Gers career, that he can go on and be the striker that the Auchenhowie outfit needs him to be.
He is taking 1.7 shots, with 0.8 of those efforts being on target, and creating 0.5 key passes on a per 90-minute basis, per Sofascore.
The German is averaging 23.3 touches per game, so Rohl’s point about him being isolated looks to be on the right lines.
He just needs one to go in, then he may start bagging for fun in the Scottish Premiership, and fully justify the investment that the Bears made in his services.
Hopefully, he will take that next step in the near future.
