Harry Redknapp trying everything to get Tottenham job now, this is why they shouldn’t do it
Tottenham Hotspur could be back on the manager market just weeks after hiring Igor Tudor.
Things really haven’t worked out for the Croatian in North London as he’s gone four games without a win while conceding 14 in that time.
That has only added to the unrest at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with relegation from the Premier League becoming increasingly likely.
The 5-2 defeat away to Atletico Madrid has piled further pressure on the interim head coach, with Tudor potentially hurtling towards the sack.
Harry Redknapp has been mooted as a potential replacement, despite being warned off bringing him back to N17.

Richard Keys warns against Harry Redknapp appointment
There is a general feeling surrounding the Lilywhites faithful right now that a new manager is needed who understands the North London club wholeheartedly.
Tudor certainly doesn’t have that, and his team selections and interview comments have already begun to grate on supporters.
Someone who would certainly provide it is Redknapp, after previously spending four years with Spurs between 2008 and 2012.
He certainly did well in his time at White Heart Lane, but there are still plenty of reservations over a potential return, despite him being seemingly happy to land the role.
Richard Keys is leading the revolt against the 79-year-old based on his financial mismanagement at his previous roles.
Taking to X on Wednesday, the beIN SPORTS presenter said: “He’s trying like a bear to get it but if Spurs gave ‘Arry the job now they’d cross the line between music hall farce and full on circus.

“Ask QPR and Birmingham City fans if they would. Both went down. Both went bankrupt. Oh – so did Saints. And Pompey.”
The potential appointment of Redknapp has received mixed reviews, but it is clear that Keys isn’t holding back.
What did Redknapp do to Birmingham City?
The Englishman last took to the dugout at a top level when he was handed the Birmingham City job as a replacement for Gianfranco Zola.
Things didn’t start well as he watched on as his side lost the second city derby against Aston Villa 1-0, but he did keep Blues in the Championship with a 1-0 win away to Bristol City.
That was as good as it got for Redknapp, who went on to spend big in the following summer window with Jota, Marc Roberts, Craig Gardner, Maxime Colin and Harlee Dean for various multi-million-pound fees.
They were joined by free agents Cheikh N’Doye and David Stockdale, who came in on sizable wages for the level.
All this on top of loan deals for Carl Jenkinson, Sam Gallagher, Jeremie Boga and Cohen Bramall to add to the wage bill in the Midlands.
Redknapp was eventually sacked after five straight league defeats by September 2017, all while Birmingham were left in a compromised financial situation.
It’s unclear whether a similar situation could unfold at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with the former Spurs boss, but it’s not a great look.
Summer Focus: Survival contingent
