Ibrox View: Antman's exit could be sanctioned next at Rangers after Rohl decision
Oliver Antman could be set for an exit from Rangers already.
Rangers could only manage a draw against Hibernian on Sunday afternoon, with the result serving as a blow to their title chances this season.
Quite frankly, the performance warranted nothing more, with the Gers struggling to pose any real threat outside of Mikey Moore’s disallowed goal in the final 15 minutes.
However, while most of the focus will be on the two dropped points, Danny Rohl’s decision regarding Antman has provided a perhaps telling indication as to what Rangers could do on deadline day.

Danny Rohl’s omission of Oliver Antman speaks volumes
Rangers failed to pose any threat to Hibernian on Sunday, with Djeidi Gassama, Andreas Skov Olsen and Moore failing to showcase their quality, albeit the latter only coming on as a substitute.
However, despite the lack of threat, Rohl still opted against utilising Antman against tired legs, and not for the first time.
Antman has played in just one of Rangers’ last five games, and that was as a substitute against FC Porto when the game was as good as gone.
Of course, Gassama has been linked with an exit from Ibrox, but given his role under Rohl, it’s highly unlikely that would be sanctioned.

At least not before that of Antman, given the fact that Rohl seemingly does not have him in his plans, as showcased by his continued omission.
49ers at risk of double scrutiny ahead of Monday deadline
Rangers are still in desperate need of a striker before the 11pm deadline on Monday, though the same can eb said for Leeds United, who are also owned by the 49ers.
Both sides have very different aspirations for the current campaign, but the one thing they have in common is that they are both a striker away from achieving them.
Rangers are looking to sign Cameron Archer among several other striker targets, but the lack of movement on that front is telling.
Failure to bring in the necessary reinforcements will almost certainly end up in title disappointment for the Light Blues, and the 49ers will be the ones forced to shoulder a lot of the blame for that if that proves to be the case.
