Jack Grealish applauds as Dwight McNeil breaks silence after Everton transfer collapse
Everton loanee Jack Grealish has made his support for Dwight McNeil known.
The attacking midfielder is currently in the treatment room at Hill Dickinson Stadium after undergoing surgery earlier this year.
That has curtailed his spell on Merseyside just halfway through a campaign that was catching the eye away from Manchester City.
He hasn’t shied away from showing his allegiance to the Toffees since being ruled out and has continuously reached out to teammates on social media.
Grealish has now reached out to McNeil after his failed move to Crystal Palace and positive return to the starting XI under David Moyes.

Dwight McNeil speaks out on failed Crystal Palace move
There was no hiding the disappointment when the 26-year-old failed to get his deadline day move to Selhurst Park.
The winger looked set to join the Eagles in a £20million move before the winter window slammed shut, but it wasn’t to be.
Steve Parish seemingly walked out of negotiations and left the ex-Burnley man with no choice but to return to the Blues.
That didn’t go down well on social media and looked like marking the end of McNeil’s spell on Merseyside, regardless of his failed move.
That hasn’t been the case as he has become a useful asset once again for Moyes and has now spoken out on Instagram for the first time since August.

He said: “It’s been a while since being on here. This season so far has been a different one, but it’s taught me some really positive lessons that I’m proud of.
“A thank-you to the fans for the reception last week, it’s something that will stay with me. Still got 9 games to go, time to do everything we can to finish the season off strong.”
Once again showing his love for Everton, Grealish has replied with three clapping emojis and two blue love hearts in the comments section.
Everton benefitting from McNeil transfer snub
It made total sense for the Toffees to let the winger go, especially with a £20m fee on the table from Crystal Palace.
That obviously fell through, and many felt as if McNeil would be done in L4, especially with Tyrique George coming in on loan from Chelsea.
It hasn’t been like that, and the Englishman has actually gone on to be a regular in recent weeks and has had a positive effect.

In clashes with Newcastle United and Burnley, he looked a true threat and helped his side secure six points from six.
Crystal Palace’s loss appears to be Everton’s gain right now.
