Justin Rose sends Tommy Fleetwood message after Everton announcement

Justin Rose has challenged Tommy Fleetwood to a match after Everton made an announcement on Thursday.

The Blues announced that the Hill Dickinson Stadium is set to be taken over by Upper Deck Golf from 16 July to 19 July.

The stadium will be transformed into an interactive golf experience, and there will be coverage of The Open Championship, which takes place at Royal Birkdale, just a few miles away.

Fleetwood, a Toffees supporter, and Rose will be competing in that tournament, and the latter suggested they should play in the L3 arena first.

Everton have made a clever move, given that it will coincide with the competition.

Rose took to X on 16 April to send a message to Fleetwood, claiming the Blues will likely sort them a time to play.
