Sean Dyche emerges as candidate for Tottenham job after Igor Tudor sack news
Sean Dyche is in the running for the Tottenham job if Igor Tudor is sacked.
That is according to a report from Tutto Sport, which states that the former Everton and Nottingham Forest manager is already on Spurs’ list of potential options.
Dyche was sacked by Nottingham Forest earlier this season, despite actually having found the most success there throughout his time in management.
The 54-year-old averaged 1.4 points per game with Forest, which is actually more than Thomas Frank had managed before he was sacked in North London.
Also on Tottenham’s alleged shortlist are Ryan Mason, Robbie Keane, Roberto De Zerbi and Thiago Motta.

What is the latest on Igor Tudor’s future?
Despite having failed to win any of his first three games in charge, Tudor is still at Tottenham, but for how long remains unknown.
Spurs have scheduled a press conference for him ahead of their Champions League clash with Atletico Madrid, perhaps showcasing that an exit isnt likely quite yet.
However, with a trip to Anfield up next for Tottenham in the Premier League, that stance could change in an instant.

A defeat there could see Tottenham fall into the bottom three depending on results elsewhere, and with just eight games to be played after that, it would be a treacherous position.
Would Sean Dyche be a good fit for Tottenham?
Any other season, the mere thought of Dyche managing Tottenham would be enough to send a fanbase into hiding.
But needs must at this stage in the campaign, and there may be no one better suited to the task at hand in North London.
Throughout his time at Burnley and Everton, Dyche showcased the fact that he has what it takes to grind results in the Premier League, which is exactly what Spurs need to do.
The football would not be pretty, and it would not be exciting, but for the sake of eight or nine games, it may be a necessity to avoid relegation.
Championship football would be more damaging for Tottenham than anyone can imagine at this stage, and unless a decision like this is taken, it will almost certainly become a reality.
