View: 50% Everton dud may hold key to glory vs Arsenal, a career first is needed
Everton could turn to Beto for inspiration when they face Arsenal on Saturday.
The Toffees have the Premier League leaders up next as they prepare for a trip to face Mikel Arteta’s side at the Emirates.
Things certainly won’t be easy against the Gunners, even if they made hard work of beating Mansfield Town in the FA Cup.
David Moyes will need to get the best out of his side and hope that his better players can make any chances that come their way count.
That could see Everton travel to face Arsenal with the hope that Beto can make all the difference in North London.

Beto must step up for Everton
There has been plenty of frustration surrounding the 28-year-old ever since he stepped through the doors on Merseyside.
His big-money move certainly hasn’t worked out in L4, but he does provide one quality that can prove to be useful.
His physicality and height can help the Toffees when coming up against a more physical backline, and that certainly worked out against Newcastle United.
The Guinea-Bissau international got on the scoresheet at St James’ Park, showing his ability as a poacher that isn’t seen often enough.
That same day, he won 13 duels and was fouled twice as he looked to make things happen, even if he scored with just 50 per cent of his shots.
He will need to be more clinical against Arsenal, but his physicality may prove to be hugely important up against Gabriel and William Saliba.
Beto has been linked with an Everton exit, but could showcase his best form away in the capital.
Beto has never scored vs Arsenal
It’s easy to say that Beto should be the man to disrupt a strong Gunners backline, but he hasn’t managed to do so previously.
The number nine has featured against the North Londoners four times in his career, losing three and drawing one of those without a single win.

There will be hope that something will give this time around, especially with Arsenal playing on Wednesday against Bayer Leverkusen.
That gives just two days of rest for Arteta’s men, something which Beto may be able to make the most of and make moves for the Toffees.
