Wenham backs Frank to put Tottenham outcast in shop window by playing him vs Man City tomorrow
Yves Bissouma could play his final game for Tottenham in the clash with Manchester City.
Bissouma had fallen out of favour under Thomas Frank as several disciplinary issues came to light early in the Dane’s reign.
However, he has worked his way back in recent weeks, with injuries decimating Spurs’ options in the middle of the pitch.
With just six months left on his contract, he may well be lined up for an exit before the 2 February transfer deadline strikes.

John Wenham believes that the outcast could be put in the shop window against Pep Guardiola’s side.
Spurs had been trying to sell Bissouma earlier this month, and those efforts could be sparked again in the last few days of the window.
Speaking exclusively to Tottenham News, he said: “The only one that could potentially happen is Bissouma, because obviously he’s still got six months left on his contract,
“If Tottenham want to make any money, but he has actually come into the team now, he started against Burnley, he was ineligible to feature in the Champions League games, that’s why he didn’t.

“He could feature against Manchester City on the weekend and with the injuries we’ve had to Lucas Bergvall, Mohammed Kudus, Ben Davies throughout the squad, you know, really long injuries, Rodrigo Bentancur, these are all three-month injuries.
“He could end up staying now and just going for free at the end of the season. So, yeah, it’ll be interesting to see what happens with him, but if there was one player to go, I would say it’s likely to be Bissouma.”

Can Bissouma redeem his Tottenham career?
The Mali ace was signed after impressing consistently at Brighton, but he has failed to show any semblance of that form in North London.
His whole stint at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has been sub-par, and just because Frank is having to play him now, it likely does not change their stance on an exit.
It would be best for all parties if they were to move on, and the Lilywhites should cash in, rather than letting him in for free.
There is likely no chance for redemption for Bissouma, despite the fact that has been forced into the side lately.
