BBC commentator says Rohl was 'furious' with one Rangers star after what he did v Ludogorets
Rangers ran out 1-0 winners over Ludogorets on Thursday night.
Danny Rohl‘s side continued their break from Scottish Premiership action on 22 January, as Rangers welcomed Ludogorets to Ibrox in the Europa League.
Rangers beat Annan 5-0 in the Scottish Cup in their previous game, ensuring they went into their European night having won six straight matches on the bounce.
New additions Andreas Skov Olsen, Tochi Chukwuani and Tuur Rommens were unavailable for Ludogorets due to UEFA registration rules, but as it turned out, they weren’t required to get the win.

Danny Rohl anger cited in Ludogorets moment
Many Rangers supporters weren’t placing too much weight on Thursday’s Europa League clash with the Bulgarian champions.
Rohl’s side knew their fate in the league phase before kick-off, as results didn’t go their way in the earlier games and meant that they now have an insurmountable four-point gap to 24th place.
However, it still presented a good opportunity for Rohl to further learn about some of his players, and for them to try to make an impression on their head coach.
It was a fairly scrappy game of football as it turned out, with both sides possessing enough chances to win the game.
However, it was a Mohamed Diomande goal from a corner routine on 33 minutes that proved to be the difference, but Rohl did cut a frustrated figure at times in the Rangers’ dugout.
However, there was a moment in particular that got his back up, and it came in the second half when Bojan Miovski was played through on goal, but decided to back heel it rather than shoot himself.
That frustration was noted by BBC commentator Alasdair Lamont live on Sportsound, too, as he said: “Danny Rohl is furious that Rangers have passed up a big opportunity.“
Miovski needs to sharpen Rangers act up ASAP
Signed from Girona in this season’s summer window, many had high hopes for Miovski upon signing for Rangers.
The North Macedonian international had proven himself as being a top goalscorer in Scotland during his time with Aberdeen, but so far, he’s not been able to replicate that same form in Glasgow.

Just three goals and one assist from 17 Scottish Premiership matches so far tells the tale of a striker who simply isn’t firing, and looks set for a bit part role at best for the remainder of the season.
He needs to be taking his opportunities when they come around, as if not, his time at Ibrox may be short and not very sweet.
