Exclusive: Arsenal well placed to smash club record after stunning twist
Arsenal are expected to smash their record revenue again if they win the Premier League this season, sources have told Football Insider.
Arsenal posted a club-record revenue in their latest published accounts for 2023-24 after their turnover surged from £467million to £617m.
Deloitte’s 2026 Money League has revealed the Gunners’ revenue improved to £690m last season, having finished second in the Premier League table for the third successive campaign.
Mikel Arteta’s side are currently on course to win the title this season after building up a seven-point lead over Manchester City and Aston Villa.
Sources have told Football Insider Arsenal’s revenue will surpass £700m if they win the Premier League and progress into the latter rounds of the Champions League in the months ahead.

Who generates the highest revenue in the Premier League?
Arsenal generated the seventh-highest revenue in Europe last season, with Real Madrid coming out on top with a turnover of £975m.
Liverpool lead the way in the Premier League after their turnover reached £702m, but that only puts them fifth behind Barcelona, Bayern Munich and PSG.
Man City, who were in sixth spot, saw their revenue slip from £715m to £694m due to their reduced prize money after failing to win a major trophy last season.

Arsenal have been making efforts to increase their commercial revenue in recent years, with Deloitte’s figures revealing their income in that department jumped from £217m to £264m last season.
Meanwhile, matchday revenue surged from £129m to £154m, with broadcast improving from £256m to £273m after reaching the Champions League semi-finals.
Arsenal are currently favourites to win the Champions League this season, having so far claimed victories in all seven of their matches to top the league phase.
Sources say another deep run in the competition will ensure a new record revenue is set at the Emirates Stadium due to the significant prize money on offer.
How much wages do Arsenal pay?
There has been talk around how Arsenal’s wage bill has increased as a result of their spending spree last summer.
Arteta’s side spent around £250m on new signings after eight players arrived through the door at the Emirates.
Deloitte revealed Arsenal’s wage bill increased slightly from £328m to £338m last season after investing more in their squad.

Man City paid the highest wages in the Premier League in previous years, but their total dropped from £413m to £408m last season.
Meanwhile, Liverpool’s wage bill increased from £386m to £421m due to the bonuses owed to players and staff after winning the title.
It is understood Arsenal’s wages are likely to be closer to Man City and Liverpool’s figures if they are crowned champions this season.
