Fifty most influential women in sport 2025

It has been an incredible year for women’s sport so it is little surprise that several Lionesses and Red Roses feature on our list of influential sportswomen. Sporting success is not a guarantee of a spot in our top 50, though; we highlight those athletes who use their platform to shine a spotlight on important issues. Administrators with the power to enact change also feature heavily, as well as the coaches who are developing elite sportspeople.
