Former boss drops big verdict on Leeds manager and 49ers strategy

He also believes that the 49ers are looking to create stability within the club, and they have a long-term vision. He expects them to be patient and allow the manager to build a quality team for the future.
Marsch has often admitted that he deserved more time at the club, and he believes the current owners will not make any knee-jerk decisions and have a long-term vision for Leeds United.
“It’ll be a challenge,” Marsch told GiveMeSport, when asked if we will stay up. “Leeds is a big club, it’s a very emotional club. I think when you’re the manager there, one of the keys is trying to maintain calm and patience.
“I think Daniel Farke has done a pretty good job of that. I still know the 49ers, and I know they’re trying to create the stability at the club, and they have a long-term vision.
“Again, this is the problem in sports. It’s not just Premier League, not just football. The best organisations that have a long-term vision and the ones that stick to it are successful,” Marsch continued.
“The ones that are knee-jerk and think they always have a better idea, better solution, a better person, a better leader – they’re the ones that always get caught in danger.
“So, I believe that the 49ers are the type of people that understand how to create longevity and how to have a plan and stick to it.”

Leeds to stick with Daniel Farke
There have been rumours surrounding the future of Daniel Farke in recent months, but the Whites have maintained their backing of the manager. The club hierarchy clearly believes that Farke is the right man for the job. It remains to be seen whether he can live up to the expectations and help his team secure a respectable finish in the Premier League table this season.
Leeds United are 15th in the league table right now, and they will look to improve further before the season ends.
