Ibrox View: 8/10 shines, 4/10 exposes transfer priority - Rangers player ratings vs Dundee FC
Rangers secured a 3-0 win over Dundee FC on Sunday.
Off the back of Rangers’ first Europa League victory against Ludogorets, the Light Blues were back in league action against Dundee, looking to maintain their title push.
A tame effort from Thelo Aasgaard and a disallowed goal from Tochi Chukwuani were the only real moments for the Gers in the first half, with an underwhelming first period.
However, Rangers slightly upped the tempo as soon as the second half started, and got their reward when James Tavernier converted a penalty to secure his 100th league goal.
The Gers failed to really kick on after the goal, but sprang into life in added time.
A 91st-minute goal from Danilo and a 94th-minute striker from Djeidi Gassama made sure of all three points for the Light Blues in a 3-0 win.

Tochi Chukwuani shines on full debut
Chukwuani is one of three new Rangers signings, and while he was handed his official debut in the 5-0 win over Annan Athletic, the clash with Dundee was his first real chance to showcase his worth.
And that he did.
- 90% pass accuracy
- 100% shot accuracy
- One clearance
- Two recoveries
Chukwuani was at the heart of most of the Light Blues’ transitional play, and almost capped off a fine first-half performance with a goal, had it not been for an offside flag.
The 22-year-old was very tidy on the ball, and he was more than willing to take a risk in possession, even if it didn’t always pay off.
What’s worth noting is that this was his first real game with his new teammates, with the connection on the ball only going to grow as the season goes on.

Bojan Miovski fails to impress vs Dundee
Bojan Miovski is an excellent finisher, but when he isn’t scoring goals, he offers nothing to this Rangers side, and that was again the case against Dundee.
He struggled to hold the ball up to get his teammates into play and just generally failed to have any positive influence in the game.
The entire team was flat in the first 45, but on the occasion that the Gers did come forward, his inability to keep the ball saw it amount to nothing.
With Youssef Chermiti absent from the squad, it’s clear that Rangers need to sign a striker in the final few days of the window.
