Jack Grealish shares 10-word message on Everton comeback
Everton winger Jack Grealish has shared a determined message to social media as he continues his recovery from injury.
The winger has spent the season on loan from Man City at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, where he has enjoyed a spectacular return to form.
The 30-year-old was still harbouring small hopes of impressing Thomas Tuchel enough to be under consideration for this summer’s World Cup, but injury appears to have killed any remaining chance of that.
It is unclear whether Everton will attempt to sign Grealish permanently in the summer, with the £50million option to buy included in the loan unlikely to be triggered.
Grealish suffered a foot injury in January and is expected to return next season after undergoing a surgical procedure.

Jack Grealish sends new message
Grealish looked like a player reborn in the opening weeks of his Everton loan. After just two Premier League starts for his new club, he already had four assists.
The winger’s form would tail off after that, but he continued to look among the Toffees greatest threats throughout the season.
At Man City, the 30-year-old had lost all of the spark that encouraged decision-makers to spend £100m and make him, at the time, the most expensive British player ever.

Pep Guardiola’s demanding system had seen Grealish stripped of all of the most exciting things about the way he had played at Aston Villa.
The England international is a superb dribbler and wins free kicks at a rate not matched by anyone else in the Premier League.
And when he does get going, he can often single-handedly change games. That is what he frequently did for Everton this season, and what many will hope to see him continue to do next season.
The club’s former chief Keith Wyness told Football Insider his sources tell him that Everton hope to sign Grealish at a reduced rate, and his recovery from injury in the coming months will be key.

On Monday night, Grealish posted a picture to his Instagram story of the gym where he is working on his recovery, and wrote: “So so locked in to come back stronger than ever”.
What has David Moyes said about Grealish’s future?
Everton will be in a strong position to sign Grealish this summer, with the player’s contract at Man City set to expire next year.
Decision-makers at the Etihad Stadium will be keen to save themselves from paying the 30-year-old’s wages for the last remaining year, although they may still demand a fairly-sized fee.
Speaking following confirmation of Grealish’s injury in January, David Moyes said: “It’s really disappointing for the player, the club and all of us here, because he’s such an important part and such a big character.
“He’s got big experience for us and we’ll miss him – he’s done a lot of really good things for us.”
“Far too early,” was the Scot’s verdict when asked if it was too early to consider Grealish’s Everton future beyond the summer.
