Rangers player brutally mocks Nancy on social media as Celtic pressure grows
Rangers increased the pressure on Celtic boss Wilfried Nancy with a 3-1 win on Saturday.
Nancy is under scrutiny at Rangers’ arch-rivals after losing six of his first eight matches in charge of the club.
Nancy needed a police presence near the dugout as the atmosphere turned toxic at Parkhead on 3 December.
Now, one Ibrox star has had a dig at the 48-year-old as the sack looms large over the former Columbus Crew boss.

Dujon Sterling put in a solid performance for Rangers as they fought back to beat the Hoops, and he was quick to mock the beleaguered manager on social media.
Taking to his personal Instagram story on 3 December, Sterling posted an image of a Venn diagram with one circle representing things that matter, and the other representing things you can control.
The middle was coloured in with a message saying what you should focus on, a blatant dig towards the Frenchman.

An account on X believed to be Nancy’s, posted an extremely similar image on 16 December, so it is a brutal jibe from the Gers star.

Why Rangers will revel in this victory for a long time
The result put the Gers firmly back into the title race, and level on points with their Glasgow rivals, although Hearts are still leading the standings.
However, perhaps more importantly, it may end up with Nancy being relieved of his duties, and the Hoops plunged into further chaos.
The Light Blues were ridiculed heavily when Russell Martin was in charge, and they were nowhere near the top, but now the shoe is on the other foot, and supporters will surely take great pleasure in that.
They will likely revel in that victory for a long time, especially if Danny Rohl can keep this momentum going and they end up lifting the Scottish Premiership title in May.

Even if they don’t, it will still be extremely satisfying if it results in Brendan Rodgers’ eventual replacement being given his marching orders.
The blue half of the city will hope that their rivals are troubled for as long as possible, and if their current boss is dismissed, they will likely struggle for even longer.
