Rangers sources stress type of player that could be next to arrive at Ibrox - report
Rangers have been very active so far in the winter transfer window and do not appear to be finished with their business just yet.
Tochi Chukwuani and Tuur Rommens have so far signed permanently at Ibrox this month, while Andreas Skov Olsen has joined Rangers on an initial loan.
Players have also departed on loan, with Barry Ferguson predicting another three or four Rangers exits before the window closes on 2 February.
More incomings may be on the cards, too, with Danny Rohl eager to continue strengthening his squad for the remainder of the campaign.

Another midfield signing could be on cards for Rangers
Nicolas Raskin is widely considered to be Rangers’ top performer, but there is no doubt that some more quality alongside him would not go amiss.
According to the print edition of The National on Saturday, Jens Hjerto-Dahl remains a target for Rangers with a little over a week of the window to go.
Silas Andersen is also said to remain on Rangers’ radar, having been tracked for a while.
The report adds that “sources close to the situation have stressed a belief” that, if another midfielder is recruited, it will be a more experienced deep-lying midfielder.

Rangers have long been after a player who can help dictate play from deep and lighten the workload on Raskin, as well as complementing the Belgium international.
Are Rangers able to make any more loan signings?
Rangers have six loan players on their books right now: Derek Cornelius, Nasser Djiga, Max Aarons, Skov Olsen, Mikey Moore and Jayden Meghoma.
However, Moore and Meghoma are aged under 21 and are from home nations, so they do not count towards that limit.
It means there is therefore room for two more loanees should the Gers wish to go down that route late in the window.
Right now, though, it is clear that a holding midfielder is a deal Rangers could yet strike between now and 2 February.
And if that gets over the line, there is every chance of Rohl’s side finishing top of the pile this season in Scotland – something nobody would have expected just a month or so ago.
