Tottenham make ‘shock’ move to sign Wolves player who’s been dropped by Rob Edwards
Tottenham have turned their attentions to Wolves with days remaining in the January transfer window.
Thomas Frank is under pressure at Tottenham and has failed to truly improve his squad throughout the winter window.
So far, Tottenham have signed Souza from Santos and Conor Gallagher from Atletico Madrid, but the young Brazilian is unlikely to make much of a first-team impact this campaign.
Andy Robertson emerged as a Tottenham target, but that deal fell through with Liverpool and has left the Lilywhites scraping around for other moves.
Frank and Co. now look to have turned their attentions to Wolves, with a Molineux outcast potentially set for a North London switch.

Tottenham make move to sign Sam Johnstone
Tottenham could lose Antonin Kinsky this winter as West Ham continue to go after the keeper with days remaining in the window.
A swap deal did look to be on the table for the Czech keeper, but it now appears unlikely that Mads Hermansen will join the Lilywhites.
That has seen Spurs turn their attentions to a new option, with Wolves keeper Sam Johnstone emerging as an option.
Alan Nixon reported the “shock move” to his Patreon on Tuesday, with the Englishman likely to jump at a move to join Tottenham in January.

The N17 outfit are in the market for a new number two keeper with Kinksy seemingly on the way out, with the 32-year-old named as a target.
Johnstone has recently been dropped by Rob Edwards at Molineux, with Jose Sa starting regularly ahead of the Englishman in recent weeks.
Why did Wolves drop Sam Johnstone?
The ex-Aston Villa shotstopper hasn’t started a Premier League game for the Old Gold since mid-December when his side fell to a 2-1 defeat against Arsenal.
The keeper scored an own goal on 70 minutes and went on to concede a 94th-minute own goal from Yerson Mosquera at the Emirates.
That performance didn’t go down well with Edwards and ended with Sa coming back into the starting XI, where he has conceded eight in the past seven games.
Now Tottenham could make the Englishman their new number two, something which is unlikely to go down well with supporters in N17.
