Tottenham send signals that Kolo Muani’s time in North London is up as transfer news emerges
Randal Kolo Muani has failed to settle at Tottenham this season and his spell in North London could be coming to an abrupt end.
Kolo Muani moved to Tottenham on loan from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer, but is yet to find the back of the net in the Premier League this term.
The 27-year-old does have two goals in the Champions League, both ironically coming against his parent club, but he hasn’t scored in any competition since the end of November.
Amid his poor form, there are now signs emerging that Kolo Muani’s loan could be terminated before the end of the winter transfer window.

Juventus interested in Kolo Muani as Tottenham exit mooted
The Athletic are reporting that Juventus hold an interest in Kolo Muani and would like to bring him back to Italy.
The 27-year-old spent the second half of the 2024-25 campaign on loan at the Serie A giants, scoring eight league goals in just 16 appearances.
However, despite his successful spell at Juventus, the Old Lady weren’t able to agree a deal with PSG to bring him back this term, which allowed Tottenham to swoop in.
Of course, Kolo Muani cannot go anywhere unless Spurs decide to terminate his current loan and send him back to PSG.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, though, there have been signs that the Frenchman could depart North London before the transfer deadline, especially if Frank’s side fail to finish in the top eight of the Champions League group phase.
Tottenham take on Frankfurt on Wednesday, with a win guaranteeing them a place in the last 16 of the competition.
Thomas Frank doesn’t need Kolo Muani
Kolo Muani has been Tottenham’s first-choice number nine at times this season, but he has dropped down the pecking order slightly in recent weeks.
Dominic Solanke is now back from an ankle injury, and Frank clearly prefers the Englishman up front.
Kolo Muani was an unused substitute as Tottenham drew 2-2 with Burnley last Saturday, highlighting the fact that he is currently out of favour.
If Spurs were to terminate the 27-year-old’s loan deal and allow him to depart, it would have very little impact on Frank’s plans.
The North London side then, may be able to go back into the market to bring in a proven goalscorer.
