Everton beat Burnley 2-0 in the Premier League on Tuesday.
James Tarkowski gave the hosts the lead at Hill Dickinson Stadium on 3 March, with the Toffees taking a one-goal advantage into the break.
The Blues continued to create chances ahead of half-time and continued to put pressure on the Clarets before Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall scored the second at the hour mark.
David Moyes must undoubtedly be proud of what he saw from his players against Scott Parker’s team, with the visitors fortunate to lose with a 2-0 scoreline.
Everton see renewed quality from Dwight McNeil
Dwight McNeil looked on his way out of the Toffees in the winter transfer window, but fans in L4 will now be happy that he stayed.
The Englishman’s failed move to Crystal Palace must have surely affected him mentally and only he knows what he was feeling at that moment.
Instead of letting the incident bring him down, the 26-year-old has taken his game up a level, with another inspirational display at Hill Dickinson Stadium.
McNeil returned to the fold in the 3-2 win over Newcastle United at St James’ Park and has given Moyes every reason to stick by him for the upcoming matches.
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall continues game-changing form vs Burnley
Dewsbury-Hall has arguably been the best signing of last summer at the Merseyside outfit.
While Jack Grealish has been magnificent, the former Chelsea ace has returned to his best at Hill Dickinson Stadium.
The 27-year-old scored for the second consecutive Premier League game as he continues to be a game-changer for Everton.

Dewsbury-Hall’s passing and dribbling helped the Blues gain control of the midfield and he now certainly has a case to make the England squad for the 2026 World Cup.
