Everton are going to have a number of key decisions to make in the summer.

The winter transfer window closed on Monday, with Tyrique George’s loan from Chelsea the only deal that Everton were able to get over the line.

However, several players had been linked with exits that failed to materialise, though they could be revisited in the summer transfer window.

That, alongside players whose contracts are set to expire have the Toffees set up for a busy summer period, as Goodison News highlights the players who look set to depart Merseyside.

Six players whose contracts expire in summer

Including loan deals, Everton have six players who could be moved on by the Toffees when the summer comes around, starting with Jack Grealish.

Everton have shown interest in signing Grealish permanently, but as things stand, with no agreement in place, he will return to Manchester City.

A similar scenario is in place for George, who arrived on loan on deadline day, though the Toffees do have the option to turn his stay into a permanent one.

Aside from that, Idrissa Gueye, Michael Keane, Seamus Coleman and Vitalii Mykolenko are all out of contract within the next six months.

All but one of them have started regularly under David Moyes this season, showcasing that new deals may be in line.

But as of right now, they look set to exit the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Mykolenko is perhaps the player that Moyes would want to keep the most, mainly due to the lack of options he has had there this season.

The Ukrainian has started 20 times in the Premier League this season, with Adam Aznou, his only real replacement, featuring just once in all competitions.

Which players look destined to be sold at Everton?

The most obvious one is Dwight McNeil, who saw a late move to Crystal Palace collapse.

The Eagles had agreed a £20million deal to sign the 26-year-old on deadline day, but a move fell through in the dying stages, with Steve Parish having gone missing throughout negotiations.

Iliman Ndiaye has also been linked with an exit from Everton, but given the importance he has had at The Hill Dickinson Stadium, it would take a gargantuan offer to prize him away.

Man United are said to be weighing up a summer move for him, but that one can be filed in the unlikely to happen cabinet, at least that is what the hope will be.

Nathan Patterson also attracted late interest in the winter window, but his exit, like most, would require a replacement if he were to be sold.
