David Moyes dismissed talks of contract discussions with Everton earlier this season, and that could be down to an evident divide behind the scenes at Hill Dickinson.

The Toffees lost 2-1 to West Ham at the London Stadium this Saturday, putting another big dent in the Blues’ hope of achieving a spot for European football.

Lots of Everton fans have highlighted the poor recruitment in the summer following the loss, which again looked like an issue against West Ham.

It seems like there is a divide somewhere in the boardroom, whether that be what the Friedkin Group wants or what someone else wants, and it starts with Moyes.
