View: Moyes must keep his word after what 83% Everton star did in Brentford draw
David Moyes has to stick to his word when it comes to Tyrique George after Everton‘s 2-2 draw with Brentford on Saturday.
The 20-year-old joined the Hill Dickinson Stadium side on loan in the winter transfer market but has yet to be afforded much game time.
He has featured six times for a total of 120 minutes, failing to take a starting berth since joining the Toffees on a temporary deal.
George was part of a triple substitution in the 74th minute, replacing Dwight McNeil on the right flank for the latter stages of the contest at the G-Tech Community Stadium on 11 April.
Everton could benefit from his talent more often if Moyes does not stray from his post-match comments after the youngster helped the Blues to a draw.

What did Moyes say about George after Everton draw?
George proved to be exactly what the Blues needed, running at Michael Kayode and creating opportunities with his direct style of play.
Moyes acknowledged his impact after the contest, saying: “I like Tyrique. We’ll try to get him more opportunities and minutes when we can.
“He’s got good control, he wants to score and you saw that today.”
The Scotsman must keep his word and give the Stamford Bridge gem more chances to feature as the season grinds to a conclusion, as it could benefit his side massively.
How did George perform vs Brentford?
The England Under-21 international had 12 touches, with four of them coming inside the opposition box, according to data from Fotmob.
He completed one of the two crosses that he attempted for a 50 per cent success rate, and it was the same when he recorded a shot, with one of two on target.
George’s stats vs Brentford Minutes 16 Touches (in opposition box) 12(4) Crosses completed 1/2(50%) Shots on target 1/2(50%) Pass accuracy 83% Defensive contributions 2
He had an 83 per cent pass accuracy, with only one of the six that he tried failing to find a teammate, in an encouraging display.
Defensively, he made one tackle, one recovery and won the only ground duel that he contested.
His 16-minute cameo was vital to the Blues picking up a point, when it looked like they were set to taste defeat, and Moyes has to hand him more opportunities like he said that he would.
If he gets more time on the pitch, he will likely produce more, and could have a real impact on their chase to qualify for European football.
