View: Toothless star to be axed in two De Zerbi changes - Predicted Tottenham XI vs Wolves
Tottenham Hotspur are in desperate need of three points as they take on Wolves at Molineux.
Saturday’s opponents were put out of their misery on Monday, with West Ham’s goalless draw with Crystal Palace officially confirming their relegation to the Championship.
As a result, Spurs will feel confident of picking up their first win of 2026, but they must still navigate a tough test at Molineux, with Wolves unbeaten in their last two home league games.
Tottenham played out a 2-2 draw with Brighton on Saturday, with a late dagger from Georginio Rutter levelling the scores in Roberto De Zerbi’s first home match.
Sitting two points behind West Ham, the Lilywhites are in desperate need of a win as they look to get their survival charge up and running.

Roberto De Zerbi to axe Randal Kolo Muani after poor spell
Arriving over the international break, De Zerbi inherited a squad that was not just downtrodden but riddled with injuries, too.
Without any orthodox wingers, the Italian has deployed Paris Saint-Germain loanee Randal Kolo Muani in both of his matches, though it has been evident on both occasions that it just hasn’t worked.

With this in mind, the French flop could be in line for an appearance from the bench on Saturday, with compatriot Mathys Tel coming in.
Tel was previously of interest to De Zerbi at Marseille, but he has come off the bench in both matches under the new boss thus far.
While he, like Kolo Muani, is not an orthodox winger, he should be handed an opportunity against Wolves after a much livelier performance against Brighton.

Alongside this, Archie Gray could come in for Yves Bissouma, who made his return in the recent Brighton encounter, rounding off two Spurs changes.
Rodrigo Bentancur would also return in the 2-2 draw, putting in a promising performance, meaning that he could retain his spot after completing 86 per cent of his passes and winning five of his six duels and all of his four tackles.
James Maddison also found himself back in the squad after missing the entirety of the current campaign, though it is likely too soon when it comes to starting a match.
Wolves will present a tough test despite relegation
While Spurs go into Saturday’s clash as firm favourites, the match itself could be a big banana skin for the visitors.
Wolves have spent the entirety of the campaign in the bottom three and have finally been put out of their misery this week.
Though the improvement has been clear under Rob Edwards, recent home wins over Aston Villa and Liverpool have shown that three points are never a guarantee at Molineux.

Alongside this, the Old Gold have been a thorn in Tottenham’s side for the majority of their time in the top flight, with the Lilywhites winning just twice in the Black Country since 2018.
With relegation finally confirmed, the pressure is off for Edwards’ side, who will want to end the season somewhat on a high with three home matches remaining.
Wolves have picked up big results against Arsenal, Villa and Liverpool at home, while they played out a 1-1 draw with Spurs in the reverse fixture.
De Zerbi’s side are the favourites, but Saturday will be far from an easy day out for the visitors.
