Bayern Munich board member for sport Max Eberl says Nicolas Jackson will not be signed on permanent transfer
Eberl told a show on German broadcaster ZDF that "we will not activate the permanent transfer clause for Jackson" after confirming the clause won't be automatically triggered.
The attacker was signed in September on a season-long loan deal from Chelsea.
While generally deployed as an understudy to Harry Kane, Jackson has seven goals in 20 Bundesliga appearances this season. He has started and scored in each of Bayern's last three Bundesliga games, including a strike that sparked a remarkable 4-3 comeback win in Mainz yesterday.
