‘Bruno Fernandes opens door to quit Man United after what I’ve heard from the dressing room’
Bruno Fernandes could be set to walk away from Manchester United next summer with interest elsewhere growing.
In the aftermath of the Red Devils’ 4-4 draw with Bournemouth on Monday, Fernandes was captured venting his anger towards his teammates.
There is a feeling that the midfielder’s disgruntlement has been growing for some time now, with his contributions often proving meaningless.
Fernandes was close to moving to Al Hilal in the summer, but the Portugal international ultimately decided to stay.
Manchester United would like Fernandes to stay, but the decision may well be taken out of their hands should he make his intentions clear.

Manchester United would want a big fee for Fernandes if the midfielder is to leave next year, with his contract set to expire in 2027.
Several clubs would be interested in the 31-year-old if he was to make himself available, however, including the likes of Bayern Munich and Inter Milan.
But the most serious interest stems from Saudi Arabia, with Al Hilal reportedly having been willing to offer £100million to sign the midfielder in the summer.

In an interview with Canal 11, recorded in November but released this week, Fernandes claimed that Manchester United wanted him to accept the move.
The 31-year-old would eventually decline the move after a conversation with his wife Ana about not having achieved everything that he wanted to in the Premier League.
However, speaking to talkSPORT on Wednesday, journalist Alex Crook explained: “Speaking to people with connections inside the dressing room at Manchester United, I think a lot of the players, a lot of Bruno’s own teammates, suspect that maybe this is paving the way for a departure.
“Not in January, I don’t think, because he’s such a key component for Ruben Amorim, and you look at his numbers, they’re very reliant on Bruno in terms of assists and coming up with the big goals as well.
“But when we get to the summer, he’ll be nearer to 32 and I think the same conversations will be had, and if he gets the opportunity to join Bayern Munich, I don’t think too many Manchester United fans can begrudge him.”
How would Manchester United cope without Fernandes?
It is difficult to imagine a Manchester United team without Fernandes. The midfielder has been essentially ever-present since his 2020 move from Sporting CP, and undoubtedly key.
The 31-year-old scored 19 goals and provided 19 assists across all competitions last season, and is already on course to find similar numbers this season.
While opinion is often split on his performances, Fernandes is undoubtedly the key man for Manchester United, the player who is turned to when Amorim’s team struggle.
When he does eventually call time on his Old Trafford stay, he will be incredibly difficult to replace.
