Everton set price for permanent Grealish deal as Man City accept time is up - report
Jack Grealish remains a target for Everton ahead of the summer transfer window.
Grealish’s season-ending injury was a huge blow for the Toffees, but the form he demonstrated prior to that was enough to encourage the Blues to look into a permanent transfer.
That interest remains present heading into the summer transfer window, with it also claimed that Grealish is keen on a move back to Hill Dickinson.
Everton are believed to have set a £20million valuation on a deal for the Englishman, who will have just one year left on his deal at Man City come the end of the season.
With Everton likely set for another big recruitment push, there is every chance that Grealish is one of the first players through the door.

Pep Guardiola makes Jack Grealish situation clear
Grealish was struggling for gametime at Man City before his move to Everton, so it will come as no surprise to learn that Pep Guardiola has no plans for him.
That is according to The I Paper, which reports that Everton will have the advantage in the race to sign him, given the fact that very few other clubs will meet the demands regarding his wages and the fee demanded by City.
Premier League stats per 90 Grealish Chances created 2.10 Dribbles completed 1.27 Duels won 5.85 Fouls won 3.20 Assists 0.33
But given the impact he had in the first half of the season, the Merseysiders will have very few reservations about paying what is needed to bring him back to Hill Dickinson, with David Moyes also said to be keen on a move.
Grealish scored two goals and registered six assists in his 22 appearances for the Toffees across all competitions, showcasing what he still has to offer.
Grealish transfer could be the end for Dwight McNeil
Dwight McNeil looked destined for a move to Crystal Palace on deadline day, only for the transfer to fall through at the last hurdle.
Since returning to the team, he has played his part in more ways than one, but a return for Grealish would change that again.
He would be demoted again to third choice, which may be what he needs to finally secure his move away from Everton.
