Everton star assures Moyes he isn't leaving after 'remarkable' development - report

Everton will certainly be concerned about Manchester United and Liverpool’s interest in Iliman Ndiaye.

The Old Trafford hierarchy know they will need to make an unprecedented offer for Ndiaye, and it remains to be seen if they intend to do so in the coming months.

With the Senegal international establishing himself as one of the best wingers in the Premier League, it isn’t surprising to see him generate plenty of interest.

Ndiaye is also a target at Anfield, but the Blues fanbase will surely go into meltdown if the 25-year-old is allowed to join their bitter rivals.

David Moyes assured Iliman Ndiaye going nowhere from Everton

Ndiaye has told Moyes that he remains committed to the Toffees despite the “remarkable” tug-of-war between Man United and Liverpool to sign him, according to SportsBoom.

The news outlet reports on 28 January that the Senegalese forward has assured the Blues that he has no intention of forcing his way out of the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

It’s been claimed that, despite the Reds seeing him as a successor to Mohamed Salah and Man United’s director of football, Jason Wilcox, being an admirer, the former Olympique Marseille winger hasn’t been swayed by the interest.

Moyes also seems determined to keep Ndiaye, whose current contract at the Merseyside outfit still has more than three years remaining.

The attacker has scored four goals and two assists in 17 Premier League appearances, establishing himself as the most creative threat for the Toffees.

With Ndiaye returning to L4 after winning AFCON with Senegal, fans will hope he can help the Blues secure European qualification for next season.

Man United also have James Garner on their radar, with the former Red Devil now thriving under Moyes.

Everton have recently tied the midfielder to a new contract until 2030 and arguably have significant control over his future.

Despite interest from Old Trafford, it looks like the Scottish manager will be able to keep a hold of the 24-year-old for several more years.

With the Merseyside outfit dreaming of finding success sooner rather than later, Ndiaye and Garner will undoubtedly be pivotal to achieving those dreams.
