Every Everton player to react to Dominic Calvert-Lewin after Leeds heroics vs Crystal Palace

Dominic Calvert-Lewin has hit his best form in years at Leeds United in recent weeks.

As Thierno Barry and Beto continue to struggle at Everton, it is hard for those in blue not to look on with slight envy at his goalscoring antics at Elland Road.

Leeds beat Crystal Palace 4-1 at Elland Road on Saturday evening, at the same time that Everton limped to a 1-0 defeat versus Arsenal on Merseyside.

David Moyes continues to back Barry, but his former striker is the one delivering the goods.

Calvert-Lewin in unbelievable form at Leeds

Calvert-Lewin scored twice again for Leeds versus Palace, making it six goals in his previous five Premier League appearances.

That’s more than Beto and Barry combined all season.

Of course, it was time to move on after continuous injury issues at Everton, but of course, the England international is yet to pick up an issue in West Yorkshire.

Taking to Instagram after Leeds’ latest win, Calvert-Lewin wrote: “A top performance and unbelievable support again under the lights. I love it here.

There were several Everton representatives to react to the post after their own defeat, with Tim Iroegbunam, Dwight McNeil and Michael Keane all liking it.

Calvert-Lewin leaving is still said to be painful for Everton fans.

It feels as though this is a reaction to his scoring streak, with not many saying that before December arrived in the Premier League.

With seven goals in 11 starts, however, it is getting worrying to watch.

Despite delivering zero assists, Calvert-Lewin is playing with a partner up top and thriving off that.

It has seen the England international outperform his expected goals tally already and become a poacher, something he did so well under Carlo Ancelotti at Goodison Park.

Shouts for him to be included in the England squad for the 2026 World Cup are starting to grow, and maybe that is when it would hit Everton fans the most.

Having to watch a fully fit Calvert-Lewin possibly scoring off the bench for Thomas Tuchel in North America would be somewhat painful, but there is still a long way to go before that happens.
