Rangers travel to Portugal for a clash with Porto at the Estadio Do Dragao in the final league phase game of the Europa League on Thursday night.

Rangers are expected to be up against the elements as well as Porto on Thursday night, with crucial UEFA coefficient points at stake as well as pride.
Ibrox News has highlighted everything you need to know ahead of the match.

Where to watch Porto vs Rangers
Porto are on a remarkable unbeaten run in the league that stretches back to April 2025, and haven’t tasted defeat in any competition in 2026 so far.
Francesco Farioli’s side currently sit ninth in the league phase table, and know that a win would be enough to see them move into the top eight should any one of five teams above them lose.
Porto enter the game off the back of a 3-0 win against Gil Vicente on Monday, whilst Rangers beat Dundee 3-0 last time out.
Rangers fans can tune into the match, which kicks off at 8pm on Thursday night, via one of two TV channels.

It’s been broadcast on both TNT Sports 5, which is a digital red button channel available to customers with a TNT Sports subscription package, as well as discovery+.

History books point towards positive Rangers result vs Porto
It’s going to be a tough game for Rangers in Portugal, with Porto one of European football’s most in-form sides.
Not only that, they have everything to play for when it comes to securing an automatic passage into the round of 16, and so Farioli will have his team confident and fired up that’s for sure.
However, Rangers will also still have an air of confidence about them too, and so they should, as not only are they in fine form at present having won eight-straight games, the history books are also on their side.
Thursday night’s game will be the seventh meeting between the two sides in a major European competition, and Porto have won just one of the previous six games.
Rangers have won three and drawn two, with their last clash taking place in the Europa League group stages in November 2019, when the Gers ran out 2-0 winners under the management of Steven Gerrard.
