Ibrox view: Findlay Curtis' Rangers future examined: What's next for on-loan Kilmarnock star?
Findlay Curtis is out on loan at Kilmarnock until the end of the season.
Rangers haven’t had a awful lot of academy prospects make the jump to the first team recently, but Curtis always looked as though he was the most likely.
The teenage winger broke into the senior set-up last season, making five appearances, before finding himself far more involved under Russell Martin in the early stages of the current campaign, with 21 appearances across all competitions.
However, given the title being at stake, Rangers opted to allow Curtis to leave on loan, with the 19-year-old at Kilmarnock until the end of the campaign.

How has Findlay Curtis fared at Kilmarnock?
Since moving there on loan in January, Curtis has made just five appearances for Kilmarnock, with all of them being in the Scottish Premiership.
The winger registered an assist on his first start for them, taking him up to six goal contributions for the season after the five he managed for Rangers earlier in the campaign, including one in the Champions League.
But despite being a winger, Curtis actually started that game as a right-back, and his numbers there were impressive.
He won eight of his 12 defensive duels, made three tackles, and created two chances in a 4-3 victory over St. Mirren.
On the decision to utilise him there, Kilmarnock boss, Neil McCann, said: “I could have gone with a safer option at right-back.
“But I could have gone with other boys there at the position, but I wanted to play Fin [Curtis] because I trust him in terms of getting forward.”

What will Rangers do with Curtis this summer?
Curtis signed a contract extension with Rangers back in January of 2025, which will keep him at Ibrox until May 2027.
It gives the Light Blues an extra year to monitor his development and track whether he is going to be able to contribute to the first team regularly.
As of right now, it looks unlikely that he will get the chance to do so next season, especially if the Gers are unsuccessful in their attempts to win the Scottish Premiership title.
Another loan move to a side lower in the table seems the most likely course of action for the winger, who turns 20 at the start of October.
