Man United insider shares 'final' Jadon Sancho return verdict after new twist
Jadon Sancho will have to look for a new club at the end of the season as he is unlikely to remain at Aston Villa and he is not part of the plans at Man United.
The 25-year-old’s contract with the Red Devils is set to expire at the end of the season with no plans to renew his terms or offer an extension.
Former Man United chief scout Mick Brown told Football Insider that there is “no way back” for Sancho at Old Trafford with all parties now prepared to move on.
Despite the imminent arrival of a new manager following Ruben Amorim‘s departure and Michael Carrick‘s interim spell, his situation is unlikely to change.
Sancho has become more of a regular since joining Aston Villa on loan, with 20 appearances so far this season, but is considered unlikely to stay.

Jadon Sancho eyes next club after Man United twist
Football Insider revealed in November that Sancho is already eyeing his next club as his Man United contract will be allowed to expire.
Man United are prepared to cut their losses on the winger and get his wages off the bill which should also give them more freedom in the transfer market.
“There’s no way back for Jadon, his bridges have been burnt,” Brown told Football Insider.
“I think the final decision on that was made months ago, there isn’t really anything he can do this season that’s going to make the club change their minds on that.
“Everything that happened with him under Ten Hag and Amorim, the club are going to let him move on because he’s been a problem for a while.
“Even with a new manager coming in, it would be too much of a gamble.

“Plus the wages he’s on, there’s no way they can afford to keep paying those.
“He’s going to leave Villa at the end of his loan spell, then he’ll come back to Man United but his contract is up so he’ll have to see who comes in for him.”
Man United’s updated stance on Michael Carrick appointment
Despite transfer plans being put in place at Old Trafford, there is still uncertainty over their manager’s position ahead of the end of the season.
Brown told Football Insider on 26 January that Man United are not rushing to appoint Carrick despite his terrific start to life in the dugout at Old Trafford.
Carrick’s side beat Arsenal 3-2 last time out, making it two wins in two games for the interim boss following the 2-0 win against Man City last weekend.

The Man United hierarchy are content to oversee a successful spell under Carrick, but are wary of any false dawns as they have seen in the past.
As a result, they are still considering a number of potential candidates with the expectation that a final decision will be made following the end of the season.
