Raphaël Guerreiro to leave Bayern Munich at the end of the season

Guerreiro joined Bayern on a free transfer from Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2023 and has so far made 89 appearances for the Bavarian giants, lifting a Bundesliga title and the Franz Beckenbauer Supercup in his time at the Allianz Arena.

Bayern's board member for sport Max Eberl was full of praise for the departing Guerreiro, saying: “We would like to thank Rapha warmly for the time we have spent together. You could always rely on Rapha on the pitch, and players of his calibre enrich any dressing room. Our discussions with him have been positive, based on trust and mutual understanding. Now, together with him, we are focusing on our goals until the summer – together we still want to achieve a great deal.”
