Tom English says Rangers could be part of something he never thought he'd witness
Rangers and Celtic are about to lose the William Hill Premiership title to Hearts this season.
Tom English never thought that he would ever see the Old Firm duopoly in the Scottish top flight end, but the Jam Tarts are on course to make history.
If Derek McInnes’ team beat the Gers at Tynecastle Park on 4 May, they will certainly put themselves in a great position in the title race.
The BBC Scotland journalist believes it would be a “footballing miracle” for the Jambos to be crowned champions and it could be just four games away.
Danny Rohl must get the better of Derek McInnes to keep hopes of winning silverware alive at Ibrox, as the Edinburgh club look to pull off something special.

Rangers scrutiny on cards after Hearts game
Speaking on BBC Sportsound on 2 May, English said, “We may never [witness this again]. I thought I’d get to the end of my journalism career and never see any team bar Celtic or Rangers win the league. And we’re four games away from this kind of footballing miracle from happening. It’s incredibly exciting for everybody.”
Andrew Cavenagh and 49ers Enterprises will have to go back to the drawing board if the Gers drop points against Hearts.
Disappointment at Tynecastle will surely all but end the Govan side’s quest for glory in the current campaign.

The American owners will certainly look back at the season and realise that they’ve made some monumental errors that have led to the Glaswegian outfit’s failures.
In the summer, the Light Blues will undoubtedly have to review their recruitment and transfer policy, with Rohl’s future also possibly under the scanner if he can’t make a positive impression in the upcoming matches.

Rangers fans could turn on Rohl sooner rather than later if the German manager can’t figure out a way to bring the best out of his team consistently.
The former Sheffield Wednesday boss has done a magnificent job since taking over the Gers, who were 13 points behind the league leaders when he was appointed.

Rohl will undoubtedly be given the tools to succeed in the upcoming transfer window even if he can’t get the job done this time around.
Next season may be different, though, and the 37-year-old head coach may not be given the necessary time if he doesn’t get off to a quick start.
