View: Keane's hypocrisy is obvious after Everton vs Liverpool prediction
Everton face Liverpool on Sunday, and Roy Keane has proven his hypocrisy after his prediction.
David Moyes‘ side will fancy their chances of beating their local rivals, given the fact that the Reds have lost 17 games already this season.
The Blues are chasing a European spot and aiming to finish above Arne Slot’s side for the first time since the 2012/13 season.
Keane believes that they will walk away from the Hill Dickinson Stadium with a point on 19 April, as he made his prediction on the Stick to Football podcast.
That in itself is not the issue, Everton may well draw with Liverpool, but it is what he said to Gary Neville after he went first that exposed his hypocrisy.

Why is Keane a hypocrite after Everton vs Liverpool prediction?
Everton will believe that they can take three points away from Liverpool, but Neville thinks it will be a 1-1 draw.
After his former Manchester United teammate had made his prediction on the 16 April edition of the podcast, Keane said: “Don’t sit on the fence”.
Everton’s last five Liverpool’s last five Newcastle 2-3 Everton Brighton 2-1 Liverpool Everton 2-0 Burnley Man City 4-0 Liverpool Arsenal 2-0 Everton PSG 2-0 Liverpool Everton 3-0 Chelsea Liverpool 2-0 Fulham Everton 0-0 Brentford Liverpool 0-2 PSG
However, he then proceeded to call a 2-2 draw when it was his and Ian Wright’s turn, and he led the suggestion of that result.
Everton can use it as motivation to mastermind Liverpool win
Everton can use the predictions as extra motivation for the contest, not that they should need it at all, given what it may mean for their campaign.
It is a chance to take a real step towards their ambitions of qualifying for Europe, and also to impose their new stadium as a fortress over their local rivals, as it will be the first time the fixture is played there.
As an added bonus, it could also put Slot under much more pressure on the red half of Merseyside, and take him a step closer to losing his job, and leaving the Anfield side in a very difficult position heading into the new season.

The Blues fans need to make a brilliant atmosphere, and immediately the already weak Reds side, that have shown that they can crumble easily this season.
If they can do that, they may make both Neville and Keane look silly, for only backing them to secure a draw.
