2014 UEFA Champions League finalist lauds Ademola Lookman for brilliant Atletico start
Super Eagles forward Ademola Lookman has been in fine form since joining Atletico Madrid from Atalanta in the winter transfer window last month, Soccernet.ng reports.
The 28-year-old's four goals and three assists in 13 games have seen him draw praise from former Atleti midfielder Raul Garcia.
The former Atalanta man had a decent outing against Tottenham Hotspur as his side edged into the quarter-final of the UEFA Champions League.
After the game, Lookman mentioned he was looking forward to the weekend fixture against Real Madrid as Diego Simeone's men look to reduce the point gap at the top of the La Liga table.

Raul Garcai lauds Ademola Lookman for brilliant Atletico start
Garcia played in the Champions League final with Los Colchoneros at Estadio Da Luz in Portugal, against Real Madrid, whom they face in two days.
Ahead of the Madrid derby, the 39-year-old revealed he's pleased with how Lookman has performed so far in so little time.

“He's gotten things to a good start on the front foot,” the former Athletic Bilbao midfielder said in quotes revealed by Europa Press.
“To get such a good start is not easy, and he's done that so well. To me, he's a world-class player, and I'm not surprised with how good he is,” Raul Garcia said about Ademola Lookman.

Atletico Madrid will play against Real Madrid on Sunday, as they look to secure a UEFA Champions League spot ahead of next season.
