Ex-Everton scout moots double summer swoop for duo at same club as £30m verdict shared
Everton could revolutionise their forward line with the signing of Kasper Hogh and Jens Petter Hauge from Bodo/Glimt, according to Bryan King.
The Toffees have been linked with plenty of new attacking signings since the January transfer window, but didn’t get any permanent deals over the line.
Tyrique George was the only forward to come in during the winter, but there is hope that new attackers will come in when the summer rolls around.
David Moyes could turn to Bodo/Glimt after their stunning run in the Champions League and snatch two of their best players.
Hogh and Hauge have been mooted as Everton targets previously, and interest has been mooted once again, with just months remaining until the end of the season.

Everton could sign both Kasper Hogh and Jens Petter Hauge
The Blues have shown a keen interest in bringing a striker to Hill Dickinson Stadium, even after Thierno Barry’s summer move from Villarreal.
He and Beto have hardly set the world alight this campaign, something that can’t be levelled at either of the Bodo/Glimt duo.

The Norwegian pair have both caught the world’s attention with their performances in the Champions League, even after their recent defeat to Sporting CP.
That has sparked plenty of transfer interest, and now former Everton scout King has urged his old side to complete a double swoop for both Hogh and Hauge.
In the view of King, the pair would be better value than other players on the market who would attract fees closer to the £30m mark.
Speaking exclusively to Goodison News, King said: “They should be interesting for Premier League clubs.
“You’ve got two players who have played against top-quality teams and scored goals home and away.

“They beat Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan and Manchester City.
“I would certainly say that they should be of interest to Everton.
“They are as good as any other player that could bring in £30m, so if I were Everton, I would be taking a look.”
Hogh could score goals for Everton, Hauge could be a creator in chief as both may represent excellent summer options on Merseyside.
How much could Everton pay for Hogh and Hauge?
There is so much interest in the pair right now that Bodo can almost set whatever price they want if they are to sell.
That being said, their lack of true experience outside of Eliteserien will bring their cost down and could see them represent a risk worth taking in L4.

If Everton could make an offer for both in the region of £50m and test the resolve of Kjetil Knutsen’s side, whose current record sale is Albert Gronbaek to Rennes for around £12m.
That will likely make positive reading for the Toffees, who could seriously improve their front line with two cost-effective signings in today’s market.
