'Unbelievable' - Jack Grealish sends Bruno Fernandes message as Everton rehab continues
Everton forward Jack Grealish was left in awe after watching Bruno Fernandes inspire Manchester United to a 3-1 victory against Aston Villa on Sunday.
Grealish, ruled out for the rest of the season after undergoing surgery on a foot stress fracture, watched the match on TV and took to social media to express his admiration.
The winger has been especially active on Instagram after his campaign was brought to a premature stop, remaining just as obsessed with football despite his cruel fitness blow.
Grealish’s long-term future at the Hill Dickinson Stadium is unclear, but if his stay is extended beyond the end of the season, he will hope to conjure up some Fernandes-esque magic.

What did Jack Grealish say about Bruno Fernandes?
Fernandes notched two assists against Villa at Old Trafford, taking his overall tally to 16. That is just four short of the all-time Premier League record, with eight matches to go.
After his devilish corner was nodded in by Casemiro on 53 minutes, the playmaker then released Matheus Cunha in behind to put United back in front after Ross Barkley’s leveller.
Grealish couldn’t help but wax lyrical over the performance, writing on his Instagram stories: “Bruno is [an] absolutely unbelievable footballer, man.”
His comment, however, is unlikely to have gone down well at Villa, for whom he made 213 appearances and scored 32 goals after progressing through their academy.
While Everton will not mind the ace keeping up with developments across the Premier League, the view on Merseyside will be one of what could have been.

He had also tuned in for the 2-0 defeat by Arsenal, and showed his support for his team-mates after declaring: “Let’s go, brothers.” His spirit and quality are sorely missed.
Grealish could stay at Everton
David Moyes will almost certainly be pushing for the Friedkin Group to sign Grealish, but the deal would appear to be relatively complicated, owing to his £50million buy clause.
The Toffees will not be able to match that price tag, although negotiations ahead of the summer transfer window could convince City to make concessions.
Given his patchy injury record and advancing age, it would be almost impossible for his parent club to recoup half of the £100m they splashed out on him in 2021.

Grealish is open to remaining at Finch Farm after being given a new lease of life by Moyes, and his return of eight goal contributions proved he can still dazzle in the Premier League.
Securing European football would also be a significant boost to their sales pitch.
