View: Everton summer target spells danger for Hill Dickinson Stadium duo
Mark Travers and Tom King could be left sweating over their futures at Everton.
The two goalkeepers were signed last summer as backups for Jordan Pickford, who has retained his starting place.
However, the Blues may be in the market for a new stopper, which could leave their status at the Merseyside club in danger.
Balazs Toth is reportedly on the Toffees’ radar for the summer transfer window, after an impressive campaign at Blackburn Rovers.
Everton are interested in a deal for the goalkeeper, and surely they cannot afford to carry four first-team goalkeepers in the squad next season.

What is the latest on Everton’s interest in Toth?
Everton were linked with Toth, who was named Blackburn’s Player of the Season, from reports from his homeland, with Csakfoci crediting them with an interest.
A report from Alan Nixon, via his Patreon on 3 May claims that Rovers are willing to sell Toth if they are unwilling to agree fresh contract terms with the Hungarian.

While the Blues are not named in his update, if their interest is real they may look to pounce and secure a deal.
How have Travers and King fared this season?
Travers has featured in just two games this season, both of which came in the Carabao Cup, a win against Mansfield Town and their exit in the next round against Wolves.
Given his age, he is just 26 and his status as a promising goalkeeper, it was a surprise that he was willing to settle for a place on the Blues’ bench in the first place, and he may decide he wants a starting role somewhere else.
King has not played a single game for the Toffees this season, so if anyone were to move on, he makes more sense.

He will surely want to get more regular game time and add to the one cap that he has for the Wales national team in the near future, which will not happen with the Hill Dickinson Stadium side.
One thing is for sure, if David Moyes is looking for a new stopper, he has not been impressed with what he has seen from either, and that puts question marks over their futures in L3.
