View: How Ryan Naderi can show Rangers owners 49ers why they paid millions to sign him
Rangers have to get that winning feeling back when they travel to St Mirren on Sunday.
With just one win from their last five in all competitions, Danny Rohl is now under the most pressure he’s faced since arriving in Glasgow to replace Russell Martin earlier this season.
Rangers are currently sitting six points behind Scottish Premiership leaders Hearts, and back-to-back hugely frustrating performances against Celtic threaten to dent Gers’ confidence levels ahead of a massive run-in.
So, now is the time for players to start stepping up and make themselves Ibrox heroes, which is exactly what Ryan Naderi can do when Rangers travel to St Mirren this Sunday.

Why Ryan Naderi can shine for Rangers vs St Mirren
Rangers reportedly splashed £5million on Naderi to secure his services from German third tier side Hansa Rostock, beating the winter transfer deadline in order to get him now instead of the summer.
It set a record for a transfer fee in the German third division, and as such, the 22-year-old striker arrived in Glasgow to much fanfare and excitement, with expectations high for his Gers career.
Unfortunately though, aside from bagging a brace in Rangers’ Scottish Cup routing of Queen’s Park back in early February, the German hasn’t hit the ground running, and is yet to find the net from five league appearances.
However, that could all be about to change on Sunday, as St Mirren looks to be a prime opportunity to really kickstart his Ibrox career.

The Buddies are 10th in the Premiership table, and they’re in the midst of a nightmare run of defensive performances.
Indeed, they’ve conceded 14 goals in their last five league games, losing four of those matches, whilst also failing to keep a clean sheet in seven-straight games in all competitions.
As per Sofascore, no team in the Premiership this season averages lower interceptions per game than St Mirren’s 6.6, suggesting that Gers should be able to play through them with relative ease.
On top of turmoil on the pitch in recent weeks, manager Stephen Robinson has been confirmed as the new Aberdeen head coach on Thursday, leaving the Buddies managerless ahead of Sunday’s clash with Rangers.
As such, this sets the stage for Gers to take full advantage of St Mirren’s situation this weekend, and Naderi should be licking his lips.
Where Naderi needs to show improvement for Rangers
At 22 and having moved from the German third tier, Naderi was always likely to require time to adapt and settle in at Rangers.
It can’t be understated the size of the change he’s made, with expectation and scrutiny levels at Ibrox compared to Hansa Rostock being night and day, respectively.
However, that doesn’t mean he’s immune from criticism either, and there are certain aspects of his game that clearly need to improve if he’s going to be a long-term success in Glasgow.
As per Sofascore, he’s yet to put any of his shots on target in the league this season, and so he needs to prove that he’s got a clinical nature in attack.
Meanwhile in the physical side of the game, he’s also falling short at the moment, winning just 28 per cent of his total duels and 29 per cent of his aerial ones respectively.
But, you do feel as though that once that first league goal comes for Naderi, he could really start to blossom for Rangers and go on a real run between now and the end of the season.
