View: Rangers player leads applause for comeback, but he now faces big personal battle
Mikey Moore may have played a watching role, but he was clearly impressed by Rangers‘ second-half performance against Falkirk.
Tottenham loanee Moore was taken off at half-time of Sunday’s contest at Falkirk Stadium with Rangers 2-1 down.
The arrival of Bojan Miovski in place of Moore, who was a fitness doubt ahead of the game, paid off massively as Rangers scored five second-half goals.
Youssef Chermiti and Miovski netted a couple apiece, while Nico Raskin was also on the scoresheet in the second 45.
Moore later took to social media to applaud his Rangers colleagues after the 6-3 win over Falkirk.

Rangers blow away Falkirk in Mikey Moore’s absence
Danny Rohl confirmed after the game that Moore was not at full fitness, but he is hopeful that will change by the time Motherwell visit Ibrox next week.
Moore faces a battle retaining his spot in the starting line-up, however, with Miovski and Chermiti showing they can work effectively in tandem.

Indeed, Chermiti was superb against Falkirk in the second half and is now nailed on to start against Motherwell in a week’s time.
But this is a team game, and Moore was impressed by what he saw at Falkirk Stadium.
The teenage forward took to his Instagram story shortly after the game to post: “Some 2nd half performance.”

Those in attendance, or indeed watching from further afield, will agree entirely with that sentiment.
Rangers achieve 30-year first in Falkirk victory
Sunday’s win moves Rangers back to within a point of leaders Hearts, who defeated Motherwell 3-1 with a comeback win of their own – albeit on a smaller scale – 24 hours or so earlier.
The victory over Falkirk marks the first time in 30 years that the Gers have scored five goals in the second half of a top-flight game.

The most recent occasion prior to this came in August 1996 when Ally McCoist scored three times in a 5-2 win over Dunfermline.
Rohl will be hopeful of a far more routine win over Motherwell next week, before truly massive away games in quick succession against Hearts and then Celtic.
After the, the title picture should look slightly clearer.
