Omari Hutchinson faces defining moment at Nottingham Forest after Callum Hudson-Odoi injury news
Omari Hutchinson has been hit and miss for much of his time at Nottingham Forest since his summer transfer.
The winger arrived at the City Ground for almost £40million in August, but has done little to show his worth.
So far, he has netted just once in 34 matches in all competitions, which has resulted in irregular starts in the Premier League.
However, with Callum Hudson-Odoi out for the season, this is now likely to change.
As a result, Hutchinson now faces a crucial moment in his Forest career to prove that he has the ability to be a key player going forward.

Next games make or break for Omari Hutchinson’s Nottingham Forest career
Hutchinson has performed better in recent weeks, and picked up an assist against Burnley.
However, these types of performances will now be expected consistently, especially given the importance of the fixtures Forest now face.

Despite their recent victory, the club are far from out of the relegation battle, and also have a Europa League semi-final on the horizon.
If Hutchinson can step up in these fixtures, and add more goals and assists to his game, he will prove he is capable of playing a big role at Forest going forward.

However, if he is just a passenger in the remaining matches and is unable to be consistently effective in Hudson-Odoi’s absence, it could prove to be his downfall at the City Ground.
How has Hutchinson found his time at Forest so far?
Former Manchester United scout Mick Brown exclusively told Football Insider that Hutchinson will be frustrated with his game time so far at Forest.
Last season, the winger was one of the star players at Ipswich Town, and rarely failed to make the starting XI.
However, to date, at Forest, he has done little to prove that he is good enough to start over Hudson-Odoi on a regular basis.
On top of this, the constant changing of managers has likely done little to help his current situation.
Nevertheless, he now has the biggest opportunity of his Forest career to showcase his quality as the club looks to end the season with their place in the Premier League guaranteed as well as a trophy in their cabinet.
